Arncliffe View is 400 years old, full of character and consequently has low beams, narrow doors and steep narrow staircases. On the ground floor there are small steps between rooms and there is a small step into the house from both the front and rear entrance doors.
There is exterior lighting at the front, rear and side (driveway). The house has recently undergone extensive refurbishment including full rewiring to the latest electrical standards with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. All pipework has been replaced so there is no risk of any lead pipe being present. All ceilings have been lined with fireproof plaster board.
Fireguards and stairgates can be fitted on request to keep young children safe from harm.
